01 / SCOPE

Public observation pages create no charge.

Using the atlas, dispatches or research-request form does not create a paid order, subscription or learning agreement. Any paid service would require a written scope, price and timing.

02 / CANCELLATION

BEFORE WORK

A separately agreed service may be cancelled according to its written scope before delivery begins.

DURING WORK

A request should identify the agreement, relevant date and reason so the next practical step can be confirmed.

03 / REFUNDS

Include the written record.

Refund requests are reviewed against any separately agreed terms, applicable law and work already provided. No refund is implied by access to the public site.
